Imène Ghernati, PhD, STEAM Learning Institute
Imène Ghernati is the founder of the STEAM Learning Institute. She has more than 25 years of education experience in preparing students, teachers and leaders for the 21st century classroom. She is also the co-founder of the Summer Academy Program, a partnership between Gateway Schools and the University of San Francisco where she directed the program for two years and started a Makerspace. Her pedagogical philosophy centers in developing inspirational leadership for heart connected teachers through dialogues, engaging content and culturally relevant pedagogy.
