John Noble is a project architect for SHP. He designed his first preschool nearly 10 years ago and fell in love with early childhood pedagogy and its spatial implications. Since then, he has worked on, researched, and presented the many ways in which pedagogy can inform the design of space, and vice-versa. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati School of Architecture, where he leads a joint design studio with the School of Education.
