Marc Heiman joined Richter + Ratner (R+R) in 2005 as president and chief operating officer. The first non-family member to join the executive team, he became Owner and CEO four years later in 2009. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, he has managed over $5 billion in projects. His expertise extends throughout all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to delivery, and predicates on one important goal: Client Satisfaction. As CEO, Heiman is charged with carrying out R+R’s mission to bring a distinctively client-centric and streamlined approach to the construction marketplace.
