Lauren Gauthier is the Director of Architecture at SGA, specializing in the academic sector, where she serves as a designer, planner, programmer, team manager, and business development lead. This combination of external- and internal-facing roles is perfect for her: she loves to grow and maintain client relationships, mentor young professionals, and work through complex projects that realize an institution’s vision. Before joining SGA, Lauren served for eight years as a senior designer, planner, and leader of the academic team at a national firm., and prior to that as an architectural designer. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University.
