Mary Filardo, 21st Century School Fund
Mary is a leading national authority and advocate for local, state and federal policy reform and practice innovation that builds the capacity of school districts and states to construct, maintain, plan, fund, and oversee school facilities. She founded the 21st Century School Fund in 1994 to build public will and public capacity for modern public school facilities in under-served communities and supports the National Council on School Facilities.
