Andrew Kim serves as the Design Research Director for North America at Steelcase, specializing in foresight, thematic, and user experience research within the WorkSpace Futures division since July 2006. With a strong background in design research, Andrew has held multiple leadership roles including Practice Leader for Emerging Technology and Digital Prototyping, focusing on areas such as Steelcase Health and Learning, while identifying growth opportunities and managing exploratory activities. Educational credentials include a BA from Dartmouth College, and an MDes from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
