As Principal, and Pre-K--12 Studio Leader for HED, a national Architecture and Engineering firm, John’s projects have been honored with numerous awards at national, state and local levels. John served as Chair of the AIA’s Committee on Architecture for Education (CAE) in 2016. He is also a member and Past-President of the Board of Directors of the A+D (Architecture and Design) Museum, Los Angeles and is Co-founder and Co-Chair of the Council on Open Building.
